Clark Orr has worked in every aspect of the family business. He began in the warehouses during summer breaks from school, and after joining the company full-time in 2000, he gained experience in technical services, outside sales, inside sales, and IT. He managed the Chicago Branch for two years before returning to Louisville in 2006 to work on the Corporate Accounts team. In 2011, Clark became Vice Chairman of ORR Corporation and now serves as Chairman, succeeding his father in the role.

Ray Aldridge joined ORR in 1993 as the General Manager of Environmental Compliance. In 1995, his responsibilities were expanded to include leadership of ORR Protection. In this role, Ray began to lay the foundation for the growth that continues today. In 1998, Ray was promoted to President of ORR Protection and its subsidiary, InspectionLogic. In 2007, the executive roles of all ORR divisions were consolidated, and Ray’s leadership was expanded to President and CEO of ORR Corporation.

Lee is a professional engineer in fire protection and mechanical engineering with licenses in several states. He leads the system design and technical training functions for ORR Protection. 

Lee serves as the Chairman of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Technical Committee on Electronic Computer Systems (NFPA 75) and chairs the Fire Suppression Systems Association Technical Committee. He is also a principal member of NFPA 200, 418, and 915 technical committees and a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences.

Rick has worked in the fire protection industry for nearly 40 years. He is a master electrician and has achieved numerous certifications. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at conventions and industry trade shows. 

Rick joined ORR Protection as the Atlanta area service manager in 1991 and was quickly elevated to operations manager for the Southeast Region. Rick played a pivotal role in the development of ORR’s National Accounts Program, overseeing the hiring, training, and management of all National Account Coordinators and Service Technicians across the country. 

In 2018, Rick assumed the role of VP of the Power Generation Marketplace; in 2023, Rick moved into his current role, overseeing ORR’s Business Development team across all markets.

Danette Cox, a Certified Public Accountant, joined ORR Protection in October 2020 as the Controller and was promoted to VP of Finance, Accounting, and Administration in 2024. Danette began her career in 1997 with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and left PwC in 2007 as a Senior Audit Manager. After leaving Public Accounting and before joining ORR, Danette held the roles of Chief Accounting Officer and VP Controller in the health and software industries.

Katie joined ORR Protection in April 2024. Katie started her career in semiconductors at Agere Systems, later acquired by LSI Corporation, enjoying roles in Corporate Marketing, Marketing Communications, and as Chief of Staff. After 10 years, she made the jump to the life safety industry at Xtralis as the Global Marketing Leader for Security, which Honeywell later acquired. She held several roles at Honeywell, including product marketing, sales operations, and distribution sales leader.

Matt Plischke joined ORR Protection in January, 2025.

Bruce started working in IT in 1983. In 2001, he worked as a consultant for ORR, helping to redevelop and launch LeakDAS v3, the basis for ORR Protection's NetReport inspection tool. In 2003, he became a sworn police officer for the City of Downey in southeast Los Angeles, where he served as the Information Services Officer. He worked on the FBI's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for six years. In 2015, Bruce moved from Los Angeles to Kentucky and in 2019, joined ORR as the Vice President of Information Technology.

Bryan began his career at ORR Protection in 1993 as an Outside Service Sales Account Manager. He then transitioned to Outside Systems Account Manager, selling fire protection systems, modifications, and upgrades to new and existing customers. In 2003, Bryan took on additional responsibilities as the Operations Manager. In July 2018, Bryan was promoted to Vice President of Operations before transitioning to Vice President of Sales. In 2024, Bryan transitioned to Regional Vice President.

Erica Khourjian began a career in fire protection in 2007. Starting as an administrator, she quickly advanced to the role of Account Manager, excelling in sales.

In 2015, she joined ORR Protection as an Account Manager. After five successful years, she left ORR to open a branch for ETG Fire in California, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint.

In 2023, she returned to ORR Protection as the Southern California Operations Manager and Regional Account Manager. In March 2024, she was promoted to Regional Vice President and General Manager of ORR’s West Region.

Steve is a proud Marine who served as a member of the Presidential Guard at Camp David. He entered the fire protection industry in 1998 and worked as a Field Service Technician, Sales and Service Manager, and Fire Alarm and Special Hazards Operations Manager. Steve joined ORR Protection in 2018 as the Operations Manager for the Southeast Region. In 2024, Steve was promoted to Regional Vice President.

Jason joined ORR Protection as In-House Counsel in June 2024 after 10 years with a well-respected Louisville-based law firm, where his practice focused on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, small-to-medium-size mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, corporate governance, and construction and development. During that time, he served more than nine years as external counsel for a publicly traded REIT and seven years as external counsel for an industry-leading national home health and hospice provider. 

Prior to his career in law and business, Jason was a communications and marketing professional in the professional sports industry, including time with the Cincinnati Bengals and the Columbus Crew.

Austin joined ORR in 2016 as a National Accounts Coordinator, managing ORR’s data center, telecommunications, and broadband accounts. He then transitioned to Pricing Analyst and Service Renewal Manager, overseeing ORR’s service renewals for National & Regional Accounts. He then moved into the Manager of Key Accounts position. Currently, Austin serves as Director of Advanced Systems, overseeing ORR’s strategic initiatives.

Prior to ORR, Austin was a golf professional at Bridgemill Athletic Club in Georgia, and oversaw their junior golf program. Austin and his family own and operate a Christmas tree farm on their family homestead.
