LOUISVILLE, KY (February 7, 2022) – ORR Protection Systems has acquired Liberty Building Technologies (LBT), a fire detection and fire suppression company located in Prosper, Texas, near Dallas. Founded by Larry Clay in May 2004, LBT has delivered high-value solutions to their customers throughout Texas for nearly 18 years.
LBT employs 13 people and will continue to operate under its name until the business is fully integrated into ORR.
ORR Protection has recently experienced a robust season of growth and is excited to add Texas to its geographic footprint through the LBT acquisition. This acquisition is an example of ORR’s commitment to expansion and continuous improvement.
