The ORR Protection Solution Center, located in ORR's corporate headquarters in Louisville, KY, offers hands-on training to our field associates and product demonstrations for our customers.
For ORR Associates
ORR associates are trained at the Solution Center on the systems and products they service in the field. From older products that are no longer manufactured but still in use to the latest technology, the ORR Protection Solution Center has it all. And it’s all available for our associates to put their hands on and learn how to troubleshoot and service.
The Solution Center represents much of what an ORR Field Service Technician sees in the field, so technicians are familiar with anything they encounter on the job. New systems with the latest technology arrive regularly, ensuring the ORR team is up-to-date on the newest models.
For ORR Customers
ORR’s fire protection experts also host customers at the Solution Center. We provide live demonstrations of the products customers have or are considering installing in their facilities. We will replicate the customer's system in the Solution Center to show the customer exactly how it works.
